(3M) Resting electrodes for 12-lead EKG applications are available in either tab style or snap style. Tab-style electrodes have pressure-sensitive conductive adhesive that is easy to apply and remove and provides rapid and intimate skin contact for high-quality trace pickup. Snap-Style Electrode M2352 has foam backing that is stretchable, comfortable and gentle to the skin.

Electrodes are radiolucent to minimize the need to replace or remove electrodes in most radiological imaging applications, except Electrode M2352. Electrode M2360A utilizes a conductive (wet gel) adhesive semistiff backing for reduced roll-off and minimized electrode lift and extra-large tabs for easier handling and attachment. Tab-style electrodes measure 2.2 x 2.2cm; snap-style electrode is 4.5 x 2.2cm.
